The keynote sessions emphasized on how gamification could be leveraged for enterprises, SOA and its role in mobilizing the enterprises and increasing customer loyalty through gaming principles & techniques. The speakers enlightened the audience on capturing a greater market share through mobile & gamification as channels. The event was addressed by Roman Rackwitz - a Gamification pioneer from Germany and one of the co-founders of world’s first Gamification Association GamFed, Dan Bieler – Principal Analyst of Forrester Research and Karthik T.S. – Head of Centre of Excellence at Torry Harris Business Solutions.
